Black Trim

I did a quick search but didnt find it right away. What year was the last year for black trim?

For regular production, 2002 seems to be the year they stopped offering and making BT instruments. There were likely a few straglers, and some of the one-off instruments that RIC has been selling from its eBay outlet have had black hardware.

Black truss-rod covers are still used as stock on the 4004 family of basses, and perhaps on some of the guitars (I don't know enough about them six-stringers :D ).
