CJ, wow! just wow and Tony that's a beaut.
Re: Commemoration - Your Guitar's Manufacture Anniversary
This old girl turned 26 this month. While it may be a bit roughed up, it's an incredible player and a fine looking guitar. It's unusual and early than most V64s because it comes wired with factory ROS, a darker shade of fireglo than most and has a flame top. The flame may not be so prominent here, but you can't help but notice it in person. It was made smack dab in the middle of the Sam Ash limited edition 1993/12 and 1997 WB guitars. Jdog sold this guitar to me shortly after I graduated high school, and it's still here and kicking. Thanks, Jdog!

Nice! That IS some sweet looking flame. Nice FG finish, too.

My 330 is approaching its 20th birthday this December.
In the meantime, this one will be ten years old in April:

Thanks! Ten years Bigsby-free...and counting!
My father always put the pick on the second fret, so I do too. I always see others placing the pick at the first fret.

My 360 is twenty years young this month. Haven't got around to pics as it is a pretty much bog standard jetglo 360 NS with vintage knobs. But the story is pretty cool: This ax was John Ashfield's flagship sixer when it came into Paul W's workshop for new wiring and also got a 6 inch crown radius mod.
At the next BARC, John was smitten by my none-blacker 330 and we did a trade. I don't know if he still has "Darth" but I'm still lovin' my end of the deal.
All I wanna do is rock!

Some April Ricky's have come my way: '70 4001 WHT, '93 4004 ci, and '00 5002 v58!!!
Watch those teeth, Marlin. I'm not sure we've properly sedated the beast . . .
Re: Commemoration - Your Guitar's Manufacture Anniversary
I like how that WHT has yellowed - nice!

Just made it!
Straight out of 1974 and pumping more horsepower than a Ford Mustang at the time, a nice, now golden MG 4001.

Sweet! I love those old Grover tuners. I don't care about what the (quote) EXPERTS (endquote) say about them.
Re: Commemoration - Your Guitar's Manufacture Anniversary
Yes, definitely nice! I like the old Grovers too...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
