I know lots of you guys/gals like these. Looks like Jason has several sets of various scale lengths, some flats and some rounds. For the price it might be okay to get a slightly longer scale than you need and trim to fit your bass. I have no need for them but the JR364 sets look very tempting. I don't think there'd be much issue with some of the voiced length of the string wrapping around your tuner on a Ric bass's scale length, but there's a chance it would cause some minor tuning problems.

Good place to deal with,i got direct responses from him to my queries. (on his honeymoon!) This was the ONLY place i could find the new Labella white tapewounds,too. (Great strings,BTW)
