Looks like it says "ME" - meaning that it belongs to me! :D :lol:

I bought the guitar new in 2002 from Pick of the Ricks, seems a paper from Factory builder...

It's masking tape. Used to mark the guitar in the factory...

Ricks often have weird writing in the control cavity or under the nameplate, especially the older ones. My 480 says "480QQ" in the control cavity, who know why! You sometimes see names written (i.e. who worked on it).

It rarely means anything to anyone other than the guy who was building it that day.
