I've been watching the Bonnaroo stream--I've seen a few Ric basses being played.
I've noticed more Ric basses being played by younger bands. I'd say the Ric has always been cool, but there's a resurgence on. It's nice to see.

I've watched so many concerts online or DVD this week, and I've seen so many Ric basses--Grizzly Bear, McCartney, Scott Pilgrim film, Eagles--Randy Meisner used one on the Hotel California album, Pink Floyd, several acts at Bonnaroo, Beady Eye, and quite few more.
