Yep, I see what he is really after......Indeed, the E appears cut slightly high at the nut, and give each truss rod about a 1/16 of a turn CW, for starters. And yes, there may be two slightly high frets.
That is according to an eastern sun.
We'll know more with a requisite western shot as well. :-)
