With all due respect, it's pretty hard to argue that point successfully when the factory is at 100% capacity, more business than we can handle.
The CEO actively participates in this forum, answering members questions and concerns directly. How much more can one expect?

Thank you, Mr Hall, for your response to my last post. It is to your credit and RIC's that you are at 100% capacity. The message is clear that RIC produces excellent products that are in very high demand (I have two RICS and would not trade them for any other guitar). My point has been that I am not sure how much customer input is considered when you make vintage, reissues, or new guitars. I am not meaning to be disrespectful either, but it seems a bit arbitrary to me and is maybe not moved by customer wishes. Again, happy to be proved wrong!

No, you are absolutely correct on this.

Given that we are a business, we take into account what our customers want to buy.

A case in point is the comment about Azureglo. We offered it for years but few bought it (ironically making it rare now, and possibly more desirable). But Midnite sells quite well, so why would we dump something that sells for something that didn't just because someone would like to see it?

I noticed that there are a couple of new colors for the Japanese market... unless I'm mistaken. Santa Ana SkyGlo and PlumGlo. SkyGlo is GORGEOUS! Perchance a nod to AzureGlo?

Ok,everybody relax. There is so much we could say, so many dreams of....... But, you are what you is, and that's all it is.(Frank Zappa).rickenbacker guitars are.......... Rickenbacker guitars. Love em', hate em', some supreme guitars, some not so good, they will be available when they're ready! Quality takes time. By the way John I think I might have bought one of those before morning smoko guitars, but moved it on to some other muppet. We love them, we pay for the art! We won't give up the habit. We're sucking it up, and we love it!! :D :D

Oh,I forgot to mention, the mystique, the magic, the limited supply only makes it better. It ain't no Indonesian fender, it's still made in California! Now, John when are you coming down under for a beer?

I played a 360 Walnut yesterday, and liked it so much, I ordered one.

Nice and light, and the fingerboard does actually have a very light sheen; not totally "dry" as I expected an unfinished board would feel.

Really nice!

You really do not want an unfinished maple fingerboard, so it's a good thing there is a light coat on it.
