Hi fella. I'm sure Mark will fill you in on the full story, but basically we got 2 of Weller's old Riccys together in the same room and some of the dudes on here were there to witness the occasion. Was a good day, and a good photo opportunity :)

You look very like Weller in your avatar btw!

Hi Andrew,
Thanks.
For my avatar, i must say i've seen Pete Townshend and the Who when i was 15 (back in 1979) and on this particular night I 've had the feeling that i would never be the same anymore after that. :)
About Paul Weller, unfortunatly i could never see the Jam. I 've missed them during "The Gift" tour.
I saw Paul Weller in 2002 in Benicasim, Spain though.

As i understand those 2 Rics don't belong to Paul Weller anymore.
I hope he managed to keep his 360F.

Scott, nice shots, but if i were in your place, i think i would have a larger smile on my face. :)

Most importantly about the Weller guitars is that personally to me these guitars were of the best era of the Jam when Weller owned them. Also think these guitars are genuinely some of the UKs most important Historic guitars. Was really amazing to have them in one room at the same time.
Want to personally thank everyone for the weekend im sure we will all catch up again hopefully. You all know who you are.

Paul Weller just received some Höfners. A powder blue Verythin and, I believe, a bass. He started in The Jam as the bass player on a Höfner violin bass.
