May 1996 4003

Post by vulcan_creedler »

Greetings fellow earthlings!

I've been offered a May 1996 Mapleglo 4003 in pristine condition. I already own a 78 4001, an 88 4003 and a 98 4003, and notice a big difference in the neck profile of the 4003 basses - the 98 being a lot chunkier than the 88. Am I right in saying that a May 96 bass will have a similar neck profile to the 98 bass?
