Well, if we're throwing ourselves into this list of CONTEMPORARY Rick bassists (some people didn't get the memo?), I used my '73 4001 on this EP, except for the song The Squall, which is my old 4002.

Nice!! Mark is a great player and he'd look "funny" with any other bass but a Rickenbacker in his hands!

There's a bassist who sits in with the Smithereens, part-time, who has a nice JetGlo "S" bass :)

One more to add: Al Cisneros. I've been listening to Sleep a lot lately, and I love his tone and the way he plays.
