Used the Rick this weekend with my brother's bluesband (he plays guitar).. Wow!!
I love the sound.. Punch, clarity, low end.. All I need. Used my Aguilar TH350 and Aguilar SL112. The sound technicians mic'ed the cab and the sound was everything I hoped for when I bought the bass as a bare piece of wood. Can't believe that piece of wood produced that sound last weekend.
Unfortunately the audio in the vid isn't that good..
Thanks to all of you!

Yessir, you and the band sound great. Excellent to see that ol' Rick brought back to life and rocking out.

Man, ya'll sound great! Sorry I didn't see the Christmas vid until now, that was most excellent. She is a great vocalist!

It has been great to follow your journey on this great bass. You'll NEVER regret this experience!

Update! Still loving the Rick!
I am playing with a new band for a couple of months now. We are playing at 3FM (Dutch national radio main radiostation) every month and the Rick fits the band perfectly.
Want to thank you guys again, hope you like the video!

Bram, great sound and a nice tune!!!! Love the 4001 - sweet tone! And i love the vintage crack on the top forward pickup screw in the pickguard. Keep it up. You all are a tight unit. I enjoyed it!!

Listened to a few more - Sleepless Nights - nice growl!!!

This is fun!
