bass pickup coil plate?

Post by jdogric12 »

So I need this:

The aluminum plate that holds the bridge pickup coil

Apparently not available from RIC, my luthier sez. Is that right? If so, anyone got one?

Well, RIC discontinued those some time in 1973, right? However it shouldn't be too hard to find an original one, failing which you can always have a new one made from scratch. 8)

I have a re-issue made by a cottage pickup manufactureer (can't recall their name). If interested, shoot me a pm.
