Wouldn't a left-handed 360 be a 180?
Furthermore, wouldn't a 360/12 be a 30?

No, a left handed 360 would be a 0...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

A 360 is also known as the 2π Radian model.
