Pobbibly selling my Mint 4001C64 FG

Post by eddied »

Just so forum bass players can see this post, I have been trying to decide if i should sell my C64. It has NEVER been out of the house, and it comes out of the case maybe once a month to check it over. Strung with Pyramids, the action and tone are dead on McCartney. it's like getting a brand new one from factory. Will sell for 3K with free shipping USA. Email me if interested. [email protected]. Not interested in listing on EBAY.

GLWTS, Ed. These Macca basses are amazing. 8)

I sold my '09 4001 c64s (with zero fret and matte finish) via the RRF last spring to an ecstatic buyer.

Whomever ends up with this will be thrilled. :)
Watch those teeth, Marlin. I'm not sure we've properly sedated the beast . . .

Listed as a C64 FG, this would likely have a "regular" finish and no bass horn alteration. The C64S (issued usually in MG, sometimes in JG) would have a zero fret, different PU surround and TP, possible satin finish and bass horn sanded down.

There may be a C64S FG out there somewhere. I don't think this is it.
