10th fret marker on my 2030
Hi guys,
Was wondering if anyone could shed any light on this,my 2030 bass has a 10th fret marker, instead of on the 9th,the bass is a bit bashed up,and only cost £400,I'm thinking about stripping it and clear coating,

Wow, somebody screwed up. I've seen missing markers or additional ones, but not a misplaced one like this. Interesting.

10 instead of 9 is standard on mandolins! Flip it upside down to play it.

Watch those teeth, Marlin. I'm not sure we've properly sedated the beast . . .
Re: 10th fret marker on my 2030
In the early 80's an Azure 4001 came through the music store I was taking trumpet lessons at. One of the frets near 9 or 10 was horribly misplaced...pretty sure they sent it back.

Is QC better now?,or is it as bad as the 80s??
Re: 10th fret marker on my 2030
QC is much, much better. Mr. JH is very particular about everything being exactly as it should be, not just QC, but everything.jeff381 wrote:Is QC better now?,or is it as bad as the 80s??
