"Blue Boy" from Jim Reeves and the Blue Boys

I have a Blue Boy Ric for sale and someone from another forum commented that his friend lives in Jim Reeves' old house and found photos of his band, the Blue Boys, posing with their matching blue Rickenbackers after their endorsement deal with Rickenbacker. I never realized that was where the name came from. Maybe it's old news to many here, but it was news to me.

It's pretty common knowledge in the Rick-world (just search the topic here). Been discussed here many times and the whereabouts of all three original BlueBoy Rickenbackers is known.
