My dream bass (yes I even like the dings, adds character IMO) but check out his feedback... too scary I think. Dang! when's the next time another one like this is going to pop?

His feedback is just .1 under 99%, which is still pretty good, but reading some of the complaints show that he may overrate items he sells. Some of the negatives and neutrals were due to malfunctioning cameras, a rusty item that he called mint, etc. He usually retorts about it being sold as-is. He's also had a few where he and the other party agreed to reverse a negative, which probably means that it doesn't hurt his percentage rating. Because of this factor, he could realistically be a 97.5-98% ebayer, which I wouldn't deal with.

Exactly. And the "absolutely no PayPal" warning makes me more suspicious. And have you seen that some of the positives actually have neg follow-ups? And for some neutrals he retaliated with a neg for the buyer.

I'll just wait for the perfect Azureglo from a nicer seller. But it's killing me.

Asking price is $3K. I'm not paying that kind of money even for the Azureglo that was near Star Stowe :-)

Ilan, I'm with you, my ultimate Rick would be a pre 73 with all the details (toaster, FW crushed pearl etc)in azure, and I've only ever seen one (unfortunately belongs to someone else) although I seem to remember a forumite also has one. With regards to that bass though, apart from the 1/2" spacing it looks a lot like my old 76; it looks like it has fatter horns to me. I'd request more photos if I was interested.

You are right about the retaliatory feedback. It is a really big turn-off, and using feedback in this way really says something about a person's character.

The pickups on that one at gbass are too high for that year, I'll bet they are new replacements. They should be more like 7.0-7.5K
