I bought my 3001 butchered from Ebay. The body, neck, pickguard and trussrod cover is original, but I´m afraid that the output plate got sold before I could get it.
The pickup is a NOS from Ebay, the tuners and the bridge is from a 4003-2012.

Whith a new bone nut from Rickysounds, it´s a great player. I try to rewire it stock whith CTS pots, but I can´t make the third pot funktional!
I think I leave it as it is, and rewire it as a 3000 instead.

One of our resident wiring experts, Dane Wilder….aka "aceonbass" would be able to help you sort the wiring out. He also builds harness at very reasonable prices using top quality stuff!
