In English pounds that bass costs £215.00....

A complete bargain considering some of the beat up Rics with non original parts going for £800 upwards!

He ended it in one day at $405, also selling an American Jazz currently at $360.00, I'd bid on it if I weren't so broke, maybe he'll end that early also and maybe they are hot too, hahah!

Yeah that was a steal. I was watching this bass but didn't want to place a bid so early. Now I wish I did. Oh well.

I dont think he ended it at $405. I know Jeff told me someone offered him $1200 for it and he might have taken it. It is near here, I suggested Jeff stop in with a wad and tempt him.

it was a 73 with checkered binding that needed restoring ... it would have been a fun project for me ... but somebody offered him a lot more than I did ... I was thinking $800 and then after I restored it then it would be worth $1200 ...
