4001c64s sold by Paul Boyer

Post by bugman »

Who here bought the C64s from Paul Boyer? I see its for sale on talkbass but I'm not a member there.. I've been saving for one and have a ways to go but would like the contact info in case the funds come in. I had one years ago that I got from Chris at Pick of the Ricks at have regretted selling it. Thanks

Hello Geoffrey,
I am the guy selling the bass on talkbass. It's a great bass, let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Paul for being the mediator!

I've stalled out at $2000.00 for now. Let me know if you change your mind and are selling it. By then I may have the extra

I want to thank Paul for being the mediator on this deal. I almost had the money in 2013 but David bought it from Paul just before I had the funds. I got the bass today and it sounded great right out of the box. I had one in 2004 that came from Chris at Pick of the Ricks. That one was made in July of 2003 and as it turns out so was this one. Glad to have one again and wont be so quick to get rid of it like last time. Thanks to David as well. Extra cool to see it has a one page spot in Paul's book.

That's a great story. Glad everyone is enjoying this instrument. I bought it from Steve "The Bear" Berndt in April of '08 who was, I believe, the original owner. Beautiful bass.
