Anyone here using D'addario flex-steel's? Opinions?

A friend if mine has used them, but he preferred TIs. He said they were nice strings though.

Not a fan of the D'adds in general. And don't get me started on Scrotosounds..... :lol:

I have used D'addario half rounds on my basses. I like them a lot. I currently have them on my 4001c64s and my American P-bass. I went to Superslinkys on my 4001 and 4003w.

I like the thump and punch the 1/2 rounds give. They put out a nice 'Wings over America' type thump on my Rick and gives that vintage Brian Wilson/Carole Kaye thump on my P-bass...
