Re: What a deal
That's the little town I'm in if anyone wants me to check it out.
Re: What a deal
Yes, but the seller gets a deduct for the Badass bridge.
Re: What a deal
Modded late 73 - fair price. Not really a steal IMHO, right where it should be. Remember that most prices you see out there, esp on Ricks, are way too high and don't move for what they're asking. Just today I saw a '89 4003S MG/BT on another forum, person asking $2700. Completely insane. Misinformed at best, to be nice.

Totally agree. There is a 4001 on Craigslist here that is priced about the same, for a rather worn late '70s MG bass. It looks like it's nice (all RICs are nice, to me!), but at that price, not so nice...jdogric12 wrote:Modded late 73 - fair price. Not really a steal IMHO, right where it should be. Prices I see listed on Ebay or on Reverb are so out of whack, I'm not likely to even hit the "Make Offer" button. I guess I probably should do so anyway....at least give them a chance to turn me down...
