C64 keywinds as spare part?

I was out of town for a few days ... I'm baaaack ... I still have 2 sets of black tuners and 2 sets of chrome ... all fairly new and in good shape ...

My '75 has reverse tuners. Does anyone know the cut off for reverse vs standard?
