That got me all a-flutter about 4003S basses hitting the scene pretty quickly(mine in Colorado, I hoped), but so far, outside of a couple of posts from Pittsburgh and a few in England, the quiet here has been deafening.
There have been a couple of ebay sightings, and one well known dealer has a mapleglo model for sale, but I wonder what happened to all these instruments, and if those of us who did not get theirs will have to wait until Rick cycles back again into making basses? IIRC, I had to wait six months for a V63 back in the mid '90s, but I was hopeful of a shorter turnaround this time, given my advanced age and state of decomposition.
