Very nice bass, and congrats! Other than the mute bolts/parts, appears to be complete and unmolested, right down to the correct pickguard, truss rod cover, pickups, tuners and figured maple. What a find!

I am curious about the case itself. If it's an original Rickenbacker case for the 4002, please let us know what you find inside...

David, Congratulations, I had never seen the 4002 model and am completely blown away by the wood on that baby! I am in awe (and very jealous!)!
