I found the forum after searching for reviews of the 4003 - after I bought it. Nothing like putting the cart before the horse. However, so far I've only been confirmed that I made the right purchase

I'm kind of like Jason. I was researching the Rickenbackbacker 360 AFTER I'd ordered it ... and stumbled on this site. I cut my teeth learning the guitar back when groups like the Who and Byrds were "new" bands. Fell in love with the Ric look and sound, and vowed "some day I'm gonna have one." Well it only took 40 years for "someday" to arrive, but it finally has. This forum is so much help, too. I have only just begun to digest the wealth of info in it.

I really don't remember how I found the forum, but I'm glad I did. I think I just did a Rick search and found it.

There was a link to this forum on a huge "Rickenbacker" thread that wouldn't go away on Talkbass. I haven't been back there in ages... too many people saying "get a zon"

I found this site after doing research on Rics after I put the deposit down on my 660. I was on the Project Guitar website and scanning through their list of forums, voila!

When I started getting REALLY interested I googled 'rickenbacker forum'.

forum.ricresource.com came up third on the list.

Lucky me! It tipped me over the edge into the 'Ric Zone'. They tell me you can't escape once captured!

Cheers!

Glen Lambert recommended I check in. One of the better recommendations I've received!
