Aluminium Truss Rod Cover

Post by Dr. Frankenrick »

I'm considering buying a Tone Guard anodized aluminium pick guard for my 360. I'd like to get a matching/similar truss rod cover. I don't want the Rick name on it, it just has to be the right size. Any suggestions as to where I might get something like this? Thanks

You may want to try winfieldvintage.com. They make restoration parts out of aluminum. When I inquired about a custom order, they said, "we can make anything." They make Rick stuff a lot, so it could be likely that they already have a template for a Rick truss rod cover.

You can e-mail them directly at [email protected].

Here is a sample of what they sell:

I am not affiliated with this business in any way. I am simply a satisfied customer.

Thanks for that, I will drop Winfield a line. I have one of their harp tailpieces and 12-saddle bridges on the guitar already. And yeah, they do offer a great service.
