Horseshoe pickup really a direct replacement?

Can you install this on a 4003? The reason I ask is because when I compare pictures, the scores do not appear to line up. I would hate to drill new screw holes.

If you install the surround upside down the mounting holes line up. Or, you can install the pickup in the standard 4003 surround.

Here is RI HS PU in a standard surround, for an example. This is my old July '73 4001.
