Through what are you listening?

I've got some Sony studio monitor headphones, and it sounds pretty well-rounded to me; if I unplug the headphones and let it play through the laptop speakers: it sounds more like what you're describing.

Well, after giving it a listen again, through my Sennheiser HD280 pro headphones I have to agree, the bottom is a bit thin; my headphones lack nothing in the bottom end so I feel that is an accurate assessment.

Ah, mr Di-G! What a player. Nice to hear a "W" getting properly walloped...

Check out his stuff with Death on the "Human" album for a completely different tone.

I'm pretty sure Steve is a member of most if not all of the Rickenbacker bass groups on Facebook.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

I had been listening at work on my MAC (shameful…), then I happened to listen again at home on my PC, and it was totally different! On the PC is was much thinner sound.

All well and good, gentlemen, but when will the next batch of W basses start shipping? Or have they already?
