Greetings from Oregon

Post by Snowglo »

Been a lurker for awhile and finally decided to join your ranks. I notice a few members here frequent a popular bass forum also.

Here's a photo of my #1
Snowglow.jpg
My #2 which was the first Rick I've owned has a neck issue......long story.

I registered them both here, but haven't received a confirmation email yet.

I searched the register and found my basses. I guess I don't have to worry about receiving an email confirmation.

I was not aware that one got an email confirmation. They are in the database once you hit "enter" with the info. They only become publicly visible and searchable after they have been approved by the ADMIN.

Thanks for registering your basses. It is great to share info with each other about them. All of mine (past and present) are in the register with images.

I made the assumption that "approved by the admin" meant a follow on email notification. Always the case in my business. No matter. They are registered!

No, you don't get an email. When they get "approved", they show up for everyone else to see...

Welcome to the RRF!

Welcome!

I'm in Cornelius in the Portland area. I'm more of a guitarist than a bass player, but I do play both, and I used to have a 1973 4001. It had issues and I sold it years ago but I cloned it and made myself a copy in 2000 so I use that.

Greetings from another Greg from Oregon. 70's 4001's are my thing but if Ric ever makes a new walnut 4004 I'd probably pull the trigger.

Greg, from Salem! Born, raised in Salem and currently work there. I recently moved to Dallas.

Are you in a band which plays locally?
