Are These Wiring Diagrams Accurate?

A German guy named Cadfael has posted hundreds of standard bass and guitar wiring diagrams for public use in PDF format. If this is old news, forgive me, just stumbled on these. The set includes wiring diagrams and schematics for 4001/C64 and 4003 basses. I'm pretty illiterate electronically, do these look correct? I know there were diagrams in Joey's bass notes that were pulled some time ago due to misuse issues, but it would be nice to sticky these if they are correct. The diagrams appear on pages 172-173 of the Cadfael documents.

The schematics on RIC's site aren't as easy to read as the diagrams that used to be on Joey's site.

Ah, OK. I'm an electronics guy so I sometimes forget that schematics can appear to be total gibberish to people who are unfamiliar to them...

I, for one, am in the Gibberish Category when it comes to schematics, and I know I'm not alone! Pathetic, I know, but we can't all be experts at everything. I suggested posting those diagrams to replace the old Joey's Bass Notes version, but only if they are accurate, and I'm not electronically literate enough to tell one way or the other. I managed to re-size the diagrams down to less than 800x800 pixel size using MS Paint, but for some reason i'm unable to post them, it keeps saying they exceed the allowable size, though I have reduced them. What gives?

Hi folks, I've edited Cadfael's wiring diagram for the post-2010 4003 (incl. vintage switching) into English - or some reasonable semblance of that language, see the attached. I used Bing Translate for the bits I wasn't sure about.
All credit to Cadfael his work looks excellent and I claim no authorship over his diagrams, I'm only posting this as a resource for other Ricki owners.

That wiring diagram is NOT accurate, and shows an incorrect style mono shorting jack.

Thanks Dane. I haven't looked at he RIC schematics yet. Basically when I try to read schematics my head starts to throb.
Good advice to check the real deal before depending on transcritpions, even when they look OK on first appraisal.

While that diagram was pretty good (but not as good as Joey's ) the big thing that jumps out is that C3 on each of the tone pots is grounded to the pot shell, along with C2. C3 is supposed to be left ungrounded, and unused, with only C2 being grounded. Unless I'm doing a restoration on an original harness, I no longer ground the pot lugs to the shell. This can possibly lead to solder getting inside the pot through the stop that's stamped into the shell there. Instead, I use a piece of wire from the lug to the bottom of the shell that's soldered toward the middle of the pot away from the hole.
