Treble Bezel for 4001?

Hi All,
Many thanks for all the input here lately.

Got another question.
I'd like to pick up one of the 4001-style straight edged treble bezels.
Like this;

Only it seems like Pick-of-the-Ricks & TubeAmpology are all out of the straight edged version.
PotR has the sunken 4003 version, but not the straight one.

Where did you guys source yours?
Is there anyone else who sells these?

Rickysounds in the UK still has the 4001 bezels in stock. I purchased a cove model just a few weeks ago.
