Rare as hens teeth on ebay or other auction sites, unforthunately. Ricparts still shows them on their website, but they are virtually never in stock from what I've seen. Any item that doesn't have an "add to cart" symbol on the right is out of stock. You might try asking them to notify you when one comes in, but I think Ric is only selling complete pup assemblies now, not separate trim rings. Somebody on here may have one for sale, good luck with it.

Wanted : Chrome Hi Gain Pickup Cover

Hi Scarlet
I will check through my parts box at home... might be one or two Hi-Gain guitar pickup covers lying around.
Is there a difference between the Bass cover and Guitar cover ?

These pickups are probably junk, but for $22, I wonder if you could cannabalize the covers themselves? Just a thought....

Looks like you may be in luck.... Rickysounds UK carries the Toaster or Hi-Gain pup covers only, looks like they have them in stock too:

Nope, same as guitar.

At one point last year I had a whole bunch of hi gain covers (8-10?) and sold them super cheap. Didn't realize these are hard to get? They're scrap to me after swapping to toaster covers.

Cheeky monkey. Yes, this has been really helpful...

I ordered the pickup cover from Rickysounds. They were really helpful.
I know look forward to starting this project and hope I can make it materialize.
The only missing pieces in the puzzle are the gold poleax truss rod cover and chrome pickup selector switch tip...

Cheers
