...that we expected after that jetglo v63 sold for over $2500.00!

What? No dinosaurs, Godzillas or King Kongs? I might have to sit this auction out then!

The 'S' factor yet again.

Nice example that is, however.

Hi,guys looks like the whole auction was rigged, some guy emailed me and said he got taken for 1500.00 thats a far cry from the bid ending price..you may want to make a list of all the bidders on that one and steer clear of them..the seller wont get back to me and his email address is unable to recieve..the highest bidder swares he is buying the bass..right i really belive him..i have reported the whole lot to ebay and paypal and usps..and your right i dont have to shop because of price..so does anyone have a jetglow v63 they may want to part with for money or an interesting trade .i have quite a few instruments..thanks and let me know leonnaze

Hey, Joe!

Do you mean THIS auction is rigged (top of this thread) or the previous V63 that ended over $2,500? I ask because the same seller who is listing this, is listing an 8-string Pedulla I'm interested in - and I want to stay clear if I should. (Actually, the high bidder is the same on this and the Pedulla - hmmm)

I know! I really would like a Ric 8-string, but they're so hard to find these days. I have a V63-MG from 1986 that I'm in love with...

Thanks!

A few Ric 8 stringers have popped up recently and when one one sells others tend to follow so you may want to wait a few and see if another comes up.

I was looking for a long time (not actively searching but on-the-lookout) and just got one a few weeks ago for a pretty good deal. So tough it out a little while longer and get a Ric!

The Rick 8 strings are great, I had one; but Pedullas are some of my favourite basses also. I had a 4 string I ABSOLUTELY regret selling. I'm sure the Rick 8 and the Pedulla 8 are quite different beasts though, so you may want to consider very carefully which one you go for, depending on your needs.
