Heh, Chianti glo, that's great! My first thought was "I wish they were all posting these photos here...", but then realized it will be more pleasurable to wait for my second edition to see them all together, looking forward to it!bottom4 wrote:Hi Paul, what is your deadline for pics? What camera gear do you have available to use, Andy? If you have at least decent ceiling lighting in your living room/dining room, wherever, and a tripod, you should be able to make more than adequate photos with the available light. That is what I have been doing since the photo lab/studio went out of business at the end of 2012. Example photo below using just a 100 year old 5 arm chandelier in the middle of the dining room at our house:bottom4 wrote:Hi Paul, what is your deadline for pics? I used my Canon 6D on a tripod so that I could deal with the relatively slow shutter speed needed to make this photo. Don't forget to use a shutter release cable, or, at least, the self timer to avoid camera shake. Failing that, send the bass to me ASAP and I will take care of making the photos for you.
Whatever you do, don't use on-camera flash, that makes thing look terrible.
That looks like a very nice little, compact camera.bottom4 wrote:Hey Jeff! I have a Leica D-Lux, but no tripod...
