Who would welcome the return of the BT option?

Post by jeff_ulmer »

Even if only for pickguards and name plates?

I can understand not wanting to stock tuners, bridges and pickup details, but a return of a black option would be welcomed in this camp.

The problem is you can't factory order guitars with the black nameplates (other than 4004s), you have to trade in for them at additional cost. I would want it as an option like before.

I know the option was cancelled due to low demand, which is why the "plastic only" idea was presented.

One of my favorite basses would not look as good without BT.

I my opinion, certain finishes look much better with black trim, especially Midnite Blue.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

I wouldn't. It's so eighties! I like BT only on Jetglo.
