Thanks, but the front has very little character compared to others I've seen, and even to its own back. Check out the beautiful wood grain on the back of the same bass.

with character, less can be more.
I think your bass looks quite nice, even if it hasn't got a wild swirling grain on the front.
It's got a sweet mokka tone to it
If you can't live with it try to swap it for another one?

yeah the back of mine is a little nicer than it's front IMO
