Re: 3 Short scale 4030 basses
I absolutely love it. It would be nice to see something similar emerge as a regular offering.
Re: 3 Short scale 4030 basses
I'm looking forward to seeing some more vids of these basses in action.
Re: 3 Short scale 4030 basses
Hopefully the next recipient of one of these basses will be a better player. At this point I'm surprised that RIC used three sets of NOS 4002 body wings to build three basses that were essentially the same for someone that scarcely deserves one such bass.
Re: 3 Short scale 4030 basses
Agree. It would be nice to see/hear vid that actually demonstrates the tone of the bass...

That's the most dickish thing I have ever read on the RRF.aceonbass wrote:...for someone that scarcely deserves one such bass.

Any videos of them with he Rick in action?
Re: 3 Short scale 4030 basses
I wish I still had my Dan Armstrong bass.
Re: 3 Short scale 4030 basses
A plexi Ampeg? Yeah, they were very cool basses, but the ones I have played were like bowling balls in weight.
Re: 3 Short scale 4030 basses
Oh ya, they were heavy! My brother had a couple of the guitars too.
