Cheers Mark!!!! :-) I know it'll seem kind of pricey to our US cousins, but in UK terms it's not bad at all really. Now I've just got to cross my fingers and hope it gets here...I'm currently 0-1 in US to UK Rick transactions!(where IS that V63??)

BTW, how's that bass of yours coming???

And yep Rob, I'd say that was a good deal, I'd have paid more than twice that! But then I am from the virtually 'shoeless UK...."if you list it, I will buy..."

Heck Shaun, we're pretty much 'shoeless here, too. I just got lucky. Twice. Did I mention that I got a pair of horseshoe pickups off ebay for $22 about three years ago? The guy had the auction titled as "bass guitar tremelos" or something.

Congrats on the shoe! I love mine. Best pickup EVER!

Rob, a pair for $22 dollars?????? Wow.....how lucky was that????? And I thought $250 was good!!! I just wish I'd bought a bunch back when they were available. Still, I only really currently need one for the CS. Although if you see any going for $22 (sorry, $11 each!)let me know Image And thanks for the congrats; same to you!!!

And I STILL made good money off that deal with you, Rob!

I remember buying a 4001V63 MG five years ago for $800.00. Then selling it almost a year later for $800.00.

No regrets, as long as everything goes to good homes.

Good score Shaun...you would have been waiting forever in the U.K. to find one and that price isn,t too bad considering the exchange rate. Enjoy!

Now he tells me Image

Robert, if this one disappears into the ether somewhere between the US and the UK, I'll be taking you up on that...in fact if my better half hadn't already made disgruntled noises I'd probably be taking you up on that anyway. If nobody else is interested you can always put me down as 1st in line for future reference.

Oh, and cheers Andrew!!! To be honest I was worried the price might have been a lot worse... you just never know.
