There is no way to actually know that information, but we can speculate.
Using just the limited signature editions that we have total numbers for, and the years with the double letters from 1961 to 1986 where the numbers began at 001 in January and went to whatever number they got to in December, we can by looking at those numbers make an approximate guess of about 10% to 15% of the total manufactured currently in the register.
Of course there are errors, less so the collected items, but certainly in the data entered by users. For example, duplicate entries for the same instrument, partial serial numbers, etc, etc.
Still it is a wonderful resource, and while it will never give us total numbers of a model produced, but it does give us a minimum number produced.
