Which 4001 would be available in Germany in 1965-69?
Which 4001 model would be available in Germany in 1965-69? Same as stateside?

Most likely the RM1999.

Aha! I was wondering if England would be the conduit through which the Rics were funneled to the rest of Europe in those days!

Rose-Morris was the UK distributor. They may have arranged for some to get to Germany.
Europeans might have gone to England to buy them.

I seem to remember that Rose-Morris had some interest in distributing RIcks elsewhere in Europe in the '60s, I'm sure someone here will know...
