At what point did "Made In U.S.A." get added to the TRCs of the 360/12C63?

Traditionally, it's not written there, is it?

Great catch Kenny!

Looking through the register, it looks like the new TRCs were phased in during the July 2021 batch of c63s - i.e., some of them from that batch have the Made in USA and some don't.

I wonder if they used the wrong silk screen for some of them (i.e. the one for the 325C64), or if it's a thing now.

Every c63 TRC since July 2021 has "MADE IN USA" on it, so that was a permanent change.
