Wanted- Plastic keywind bushings.

Looking for a set of the black plastic keywind bushings for an '81 4001.

Online searches are bringing up nothing. Can anyone help?

Thanks but that's the spacers for the rear. I'm looking for the round bushings that mount on the front of the headstock that surround the tuner shaft.
