Old online store/website for Rickenbackers
Hello, I'm hoping someone has a better memory than me. It's an age thing.
There used to be - early 2000's - a US website/dealer specialising in used Rickies, especially basses. Usually photographed them outside, against some foliage. I bought a couple from them. Anyone recall the name and what happened to it?

Mike Parks' website is probably what you're thinking of. He also sold new instruments; I got my former 4004Cii from him in '04.
IIRC correctly, it was called the Music Connection.

Perfect, many thanks. Spent a happy hour looking through Mike's old site at archive.org, most enjoyable.

I miss the vintage RRF days. Mark Parks Rick Page, Pick of the Ricks, sitting at the computer, on the RRF, watching new posts added at every blink of the eye, no matter what time of the day... even some of the dumb@## arguments.jps wrote: Wed Nov 12, 2025 6:17 pm Mike Parks' website is probably what you're thinking of. JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS!

I'll agree to that. Confluences! Photo sessions for the book! Talking with players, collectors, and good friends. Many of them have slipped away. Time! Flowing like a river.

I miss the confluences. They were a Rick-O-Ton of fun.

I bought a 610 from the Music Connection. I spent time browsing there, for sure.
