So did anyone pick one of these up?

I thought in the 4005 universe, $3K was pretty good price for a brand new one.

Aaahh, I did not see this...I would have picked one up for $3k! But, as far as I can see, they are back to normal ($5k/"bonkers") now.

I would have except the money is earmarked fort a major house renovation project coming up. :cry:

Besides, I am holding out for a 4005WBV.

No new basses for me, at least not in the near future.
The 2 I have don't see any use.

As far as the music scene in my area. It's dead!

Where there used to be multiple bands playing on any given night, it's now a single dude playing Sweet Caroline on his acoustic.
