Rickenbacker 615 / 1995

Post by Rdavis »

Hi there,

I have recently restored a 1964 Rickenbacker 1995 (615). One of the first batch of Rose Morris imported guitars. Mine is DA42. I believe only 50 were imported and they didn’t sell well so no further orders were made. Just my wondered if any other forum members have one. I really like the sound and playability of mine. I’d like to share any info you may have on your experiences of playing them / any details like pot dates / markings. Rob.

Such a rare and cool Rose Morris 60s Rickenbacker! I don’t think they made a US equivalent model until much later. Looks great!
