I don't know much about the Ric 8 stringers....built in '89 it would be a 4003s8 not a 4008 correct?

I'll post some pics next week since I have Reserve duty this weekend and will be a bit busy. Once again, thanks to all on this forum for educating me on Rickenbacker basses. It's amazing how my Fenders have taken a back seat since I started hanging out here.
If you think all is going well, you've obviously overlooked something.
