There was a used (probably 90's) 620/12 for sale at my local dealer's that had similar crazing...all across the top, unfortunately. It was on consignment and I'm not sure if it ever sold. It probably fell victim to the same temperature extremes as the Ebay guitar, this being Canada and all.
