Hi Mark, Very happy to see this Bass is going to someone who'll be able to make the most of it , when I came
across it on Ebay I must admit my hand reached for the keyboard to "Buy it now" before I came to my
senses!, if I had won it , I'm sure I would be asking you & the guys endless questions about this & that
to restore it , now with you getting it I know the restoration will be done very well indeed (& without a lot of
questions from me!) anyway I've got my own little restoration project now , it seems my Bass pup tone
pot on my '65 4005 has gone belly up, any chance of finding a 1965 tone pot?, do they turn up? & if I
must replace it with a new one will it change the sound any?,
All the best , Jaime

If the owner wants me to do the work and likes what I have to say about it ,then as I am progressing ,I will shoot photos of the work as it takes shape .
So you too want yours "ALAPWOB"?!?!

I've got a '66 4005 that needs restoration work as well. Would you like to take on two? Email me for details. Thanks!
