I'd love to send pics of my LK but my photo skills are about as good as my bass playing.

Funny, I think I've discovered a new hobby. I've found I like taking pictures of my guitars almost as much as like playing them. I'm working on web pages for all my guitars (Rics and non-Rics alike) as we speak. Learned quite a bit about interesting angles, lighting, and eliminating reflections in the process of trying to come up with some shots for Paul.
Whether they get used or not, it's been a fun experience.

Looking forward to it, Jim!

Melissa, I got your photos yesterday. They're sweet! Thanks to all who are contributing to make this calendar a success!

Deadline is Sunday midnight, but we can give it a day or two betyond that for stragglers. I'll be assembling the calendar beginning next Tuesday and will release info on ordering soon.

Remember, this is a non-profit venture, strictly to promote our beautiful guitars and basses, and hopefully it will become an annual thing.

Thanks to Peter for providing this wonderful Forum and its feeling of community across these many miles and around the planet.

Special thanks to John Hall and family, and to the great folks at Rickenbacker who have produced these beautiful and memorable instruments and given them that "something" that keeps us all so enthralled, for three generations.

What's the word on the calendar? Any new info? The wall above my desk is crying out--no, really my eyes are crying out for something lovely to rest upon when they are burning from endless hours at the computer....

Very close. Cover and most months are done. I am waiting for a couple more pages and we'll be ready to go to press.

This year, we'll start in October for the 2007 one. Send pictures.
